Our instructors represent a broad cross section of well known local and celebrity chefs skilled in many different cuisines and techniques.
    
Our full-participation classes contain a maximum of 8 to allow the instructors to give each student the individual attention they need for proficiency.

Our classes will awaken your appetite, while learning the proper techniques necessary to prepare delectable food. We offer hands on classes for everyone at every level.

July 1st: At Home Bakery - Very Berry Pies 1-4pm $99
Fresh berries bursting with flavor are brought in from our local Hamptons markets. Students will learn the art and finesse of creating melt in your mouth, flaky pie crusts and topping. Create luscious berry pies, crisps, and cobblers that your friends and family will devour.

July 2nd: Camp-South Hampton breakfast

July 3rd: Camp-Crepe creations-

July 5th: Camp-American Fare-

July 5th: Hampton Seafood Grill- 6-9pm $109
Enjoy the simplicity of seafood grilling. You will learn just how easy it is to produce moist flavorful seafood in a matter of minutes. After learning the basic techniques, you will sit down and enjoy the healthy pungent flavors of the hamptons!

Come learn how to utilize these fragrant pleasures to their fullest. We will be making an array of different oils, vinegars, salads, and sauces.
