After years of offering yummy, eye-opening breakfasts (voted “Best of the Best” by Dan’s Papers), fabulous holiday dinners and spectacular catered events, we are proud to present the Inn’s first full-service, on-site restaurant: OSO.

OSO is the only steakhouse between Westhampton and East Hampton, featuring the finest, mouth-watering steaks and chops, as well as Southampton’s acclaimed local fish and seafood. Under the culinary direction of Executive Chef, Brian Naylor, OSO serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. OSO offers several separate cozy rooms, a friendly full-service bar, an outdoor café for al fresco dining with European style, and leisurely pool-side service. OSO is defined by beach-community-casual-luxury and an eclectic décor with hardwood floors and tables, oriental rugs, leather banquettes, and the stunning work of diverse local artists.

Fresh and natural are always the order of the day at OSO, since our Executive Chef relies on organic, seasonal, and locally-produced ingredients for his haute cuisine re-interpretations of classic steak house fare and regal presentations of his own culinary specialties – which include such signature Dunlop temptations as Grilled Prime Aged Black Angus Porterhouse Fiorentina (a marinated 32 oz Porterhouse with baby spinach and a Balsamic reduction), Orange-Spiced North Atlantic Hard Shell Lobster (with organic blue potato salad, wild arugula and orange butter), and Macadamia & Pine Nut Crusted Striped Bass (with Champagne Beurre Blanc), along with equally memorable duck dishes, creative salads and hearty soups.

Deliciously decadent desserts include Classic Vanilla Bean Crème Brule, Rein De Saba Chantilly Cream, Double Rich Chocolate Cake & Fresh Vanilla Whipped Cream and a Mascarpone Lemon Cheese Cake.
