Overlooking Bethpage State Park’s 1500 idyllic acres, Taste 99 at Carlyle on the Green captures all the dignity and elegance of a private country club. The menu at Taste 99 lives up to its majestic surroundings. Our cuisine is a fusion of classic presentation and world class, cutting-edge style. Created by Executive Chef Phil Abshire, it combines a classic steakhouse menu with numerous fish dishes, all prepared with a special flair. We offer versatile menus that are customized to accommodate every client’s specific needs. Open to the public, breakfast and lunch menus are available everyday and dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are recommended. Kosher and Glatt Kosher catering is available.
