Established in 1986, the Bayou is Long Island's original home of Cajun/Creole food, cocktails and BIG FUN!! Our Chef, Bill Quinn presents daily specials that include choice cuts of meat, chicken, fresh fish and pasta with "hot to not" sauces. The creative Cajun/Creole cuisine, with its unique flavors, has broad appeal. You can get very spicy dishes, mild ones, or anything in between. House specials include crispy pan-fried catfish filets smothered in a crawfish scallion cream sauce, chocolate jalapeno bbq ribs and pasta jambalaya - andouille, smoked chicken and shrimp drenched in a spicy alfredo sauce.
