The "fab owners" and "concerned" staff "go above and beyond" to ensure a "wonderful" and "unrushed" evening at this "snazzy" Sayville restaurant/lounge; "sophisticated", "superb" New American–Eclectic "dishes are presented as works of art" and "excite the taste buds" as well, and the "lovely", "upscale" decor makes it "great for special occasions"; P.S. live music on weekends is a "delight."

This weekend we were introduced to a jewel of a restaurant that we are delighted to tell you about. All the eligance of fine urban dining has been brought to the suburbs and expertly executed under the watchful eyes of the owner, manager, and chefs at Collins & Main. An efficient and knowledgeable waiting staff will cater to every need. A trio of spreads, each delectable different, added a new meaning to bread basket. The key words here are homemade and presentation................a treat not only to the tast but to the eyes as well. This talented kitchen offers the very best to any palette.
