For the past 14 years, T.Carlton's has become one of the fastest growing salons in Long Island. With 32 stations, a full service day spa and a new line of our own custom-formulated salon products, T.Carlton's is on the forefront of the salon industry.

T.Carlton's began as an idea of Thomas and Christine Carlton in 1992. Thomas was on the verge off quitting the industry all together. He had difficulty finding a company to work for that took the profession and the clients as seriously as he did. He was going out to buy a suit and tie, as wife Christine tried to not let that happen. They instead started their search for a perfect little 5 station salon. From there, T.Carlton's has gradually developed into a 65 employee, 32 design station, a full service day spa, and a line of haircare products within their 6000sq. ft of retail space.

T.Carlton's has flourished through the years by creating a strong brand image for itself, as well as the use of great marketing, and promotion from radio spots, fashion shows, bridal magazines and charity events.
