Q. How long will it take to get the certificates?
A. It takes 7 - 10 days to receive the certificate.

Q. I ordered my certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?

Q. I received multiple e-mail confirmations and confirmation numbers. What does that mean?
A. For each order, you will receive a confirmation number.

Q. I purchased a certificate, but I noticed the price was reduced at a later time.  Can I get a refund to match the new price?
A. Sorry, but all sales are final and adjustments can not be made.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Q. I have a gift certificate for a place that is no longer in business.  Am I out the money?
A.  The Long Island Radio Group will exchange your gift certificate for another one in our store at equal value.  Simply contact us at 631-770-4290 if this situation occurs.
